My previous house keeper is moving home after working for my family for years, and we want to backfill her position. The primary house you’d be looking after is ~1700sq ft, and the tasks are all the usual stuff you’d imagine: dishes, laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, bed/bath linen changing, taking out trash, bathroom/shower/kitchen cleaning, basic pet care for a cat (food, water, litter cleaning). The cat is friendly and will say hi to you when you come over. I’ll provide all cleaning supplies and tools you’ll need for the job. I pay $25/hr, with yearly bonuses, raises for inflation, and I frequently over-pay (you get paid for 3 hours, when you actually did 2). There is also plenty of opportunity for extra household work beyond the regular house keeping. We’re looking for this person to live locally, be farily reliable, and do a weekly/bi-weekly cleaning.
