Houseman – Groundsman Position Available In Houston, Georgia

Houseman•Groundsman Wyndham Property Warner Robins, GA Barter Employment•

MUST LIVE ON SITE

This position requires employee to live on site working 30 hours weekly to cover the cost of the room, balance of hours worked weekly to be paid Candidate MUST be able to handle basic lawn care equipment and able to work independently.

Compensation:

$10•$11 hourly

Responsibilities:

Labor-intensive tasks such as flipping mattresses/hanging pictures/moving furniture & debris Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure all guest room items are in working order Continuous trash pickup throughout the property Lawn care•Must be able to be responsible for lawn care equipment Daily pool maintenance Outside painting and any items dealing with curb appeal Special projects, such as preventive maintenance for PTACS, painting common areas, pulling down curtains and shower curtains Assist in laundry when needed Meeting/banquet room setups for functions Light maintenance work

Must Live On Site as Barter Employee MUST have experience with lawn care equipment and able to be outside to complete work tasks throughout the day MUST be able to have stamina to use push lawn mower Custodial experience required Able to be professional with Guests Able to lift heavy items Desire and motivation to learn Light maintenance skills required About Company Our Wyndham property is in the center of the business district of Warner Robins.
