As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within our hotel. Your commitment to hospitality and cleanliness will ensure that every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities according to hotel standards. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens in guest rooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all public areas are clean and well-maintained, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety regulations. Assist with special requests from guests when necessary to enhance their experience. Maintain an organized cart with cleaning supplies and equipment throughout your shift. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
