The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas in accordance with hotel standards. Change bed linens, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize bathrooms to ensure a clean environment for guests. Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management promptly. Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts and equipment used during cleaning processes. Assist in deep cleaning tasks as required, including floor care and industrial cleaning projects. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests or needs. Skills Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures and standards. Ability to perform floor care tasks effectively, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Capability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
