The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in the hospitality industry. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the hotel. Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices. Proficiency in floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing. Experience with industrial cleaning equipment is preferred. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Ability to perform custodial duties efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or similar roles is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
