The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including hotels, residential properties, and industrial settings. This role is crucial in providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are met. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a tidy environment. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and surfaces; and sanitize bathrooms. Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain health standards. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably in hotel or hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Ability to perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
