The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for clients and employees. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in commercial spaces. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing all cleaning tasks. Experience Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
