Residential Cleaning Technician TMC Cleaning Services Youth, GA About us TMC Cleaning Company has been in service for over 14 years and is a small, family-owned company. We are licensed, bonded, and insured, so you must be able to pass a background check. We are committed to you and expect the same in return. You will primarily work alone, but occasionally in a team, so you will have to be polite with clients and communicative with your coworkers. We have our own way of doing certain things and may not have used all the same cleaning chemicals or supplies your previous employer used, so you must be open to adapting to this new work environment. We do maintenance cleans on bi-weekly and monthly basis, but also one time only cleans, so your literal working environment will be different everyday as well.

• TMC Cleaning Services is seeking a dedicated Professional Cleaning Technicians to join our team. TMC Cleaning Services is looking for a Professional residential cleaning technician who pays attention to detail and thoroughness, is efficient and quick, and has a sweet personality

• Duties:

• Cleaning tasks to varying levels of difficulty including cleaning every part of a house from the top edge of the ceiling to the bottom baseboard.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as scrubbing, sanitizing, and cleaning counters, showers, toilets, kitchens, insides of microwaves, fridges, and ovens, making beds, vacuuming and mopping floors with appropriate cleaning products.
• Dusting is a huge part of maintenance cleaning so attention to detail is important.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Follow cleaning schedules that may change on a week-by-week basis
• Communicate with management of any issues, problems, or hazards you come across.
• Be able to adapt to different environments that have different needs.

• Experience:

• Proven experience for at least two years in the residential cleaning industry preferred. Resume is required. Consistent and committed work history is important to us.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environments. Be able to lift over 20lbs.
• Must be able to work around and with older adults.
