Housekeeper Orchard Ridge Residences 986 Orchard Way, Dalton, GA 30721 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including hotels, residential homes, or commercial facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services while ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. The Housekeeper will utilize their skills in industrial cleaning, custodial tasks, and floor care to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs to the management team. Conduct floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing as required. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Collaborate with housekeeping management to maintain schedules and meet cleanliness standards. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies. Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance issues. Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
