The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas. Conduct industrial cleaning of facilities, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Maintain floors through regular care, including buffing and polishing as needed. Execute commercial cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, and common areas to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with porter services by moving furniture or equipment as required. Ensure all custodial supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues promptly. Follow established procedures for the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.
