In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in the upkeep of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials and cleaning chemicals. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus. Knowledge of floor care techniques and products is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
