The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential, commercial, or hospitality environments. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all areas are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Carry out residential cleaning tasks such as laundry, carpet cleaning, and general housekeeping duties. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities in hotel or commercial settings. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products is a plus.
