The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and neatly arranged. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and snacks as needed. Conduct regular inspections of rooms to ensure quality standards are met. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in common areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing houseman tasks. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. A commitment to providing outstanding hospitality and service to guests. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
