The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms. Ensure all public areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with housekeeping management to maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a friendly manner. Experience Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a hospitality environment.
