Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain a pristine appearance throughout the facility. Cook simple meals as needed, ensuring kitchen areas are kept clean and organized. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally. Manage housekeeping supplies efficiently, reporting any shortages or needs to management. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
