The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas in our establishment. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a comfortable environment for all guests. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to enhance guest comfort. Restock supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and linens in guest rooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor promptly. Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, and other common areas of the hotel. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests promptly. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on cleanliness and organization. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with custodial duties and floor care techniques is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Must be physically capable of performing the duties required of the position, including lifting and moving items as necessary.
