Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory efficiently to ensure all necessary materials are available. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain hygiene standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Experience Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus. Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous, particularly in hotel environments. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
