Falmouth, MA Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, following established standards. Provide exceptional customer service, contributing to the creation of memorable stays for our guests. Stock and replenish supplies in guest rooms and maintain inventory levels. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the appropriate channels. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.

Requirements:

Full availability, including weekends and holidays. Ability to clean a guest room thoroughly within 30 minutes without compromising quality. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills in English. Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel setting is preferred but not mandatory.
