THE JOB:
Join our dynamic team at MGM Springfield as a Guest Room Attendant , where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high hospitality standards. Your key responsibilities will involve meticulously cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay at our exclusive hotel.
STARTING RATE
$17.65 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Clean guestrooms including duties such as making bed(s), vacuuming, emptying trash, wiping down or dusting all surfaces Replenish all guest amenities and information folders as needed Clean bathrooms by scrubbing basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile floors with damp rags and proper chemicals when applicable Report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair Complete all duties in accordance with the room classification checklist
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
