The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in both residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently while following established cleaning protocols. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and presentable. Manage floor care by sweeping, mopping, and polishing various types of flooring. Execute residential cleaning duties such as kitchen and bathroom sanitation, bedroom organization, and living area tidying. Provide commercial cleaning services for offices or business facilities as required. Maintain an organized approach to housekeeping management, ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is well-maintained. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Uphold high standards of cleanliness while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Knowledge of proper sanitization methods and safe handling of cleaning chemicals. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
