Hilton Boston Park Plaza is looking for Room Attendants to join the Housekeeping Team. One of Boston’s most historic hotels, with a premier Back Bay location, with Boston Common and the Public Garden just steps away from the hotel.
The ideal candidate for this role possesses Housekeeping Experience ideally working in a hotel setting, has the full availability to work the everchanging schedules of hospitality and is a team player. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Boston’s most iconic hotel and grow within the hospitality industry.
Shift Pattern:
fluctuating schedules over AM (8AM4:30PM) and PM (3PM11:30PM) shifts, weekdays, weekends and holidays availability required.
Pay Rate:
$31.20 per hour

As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
Dispose of trash and recyclables
Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Perform guest turn down service, as needed
