Houseperson/Maintenance Position Details:

Clean Team Members are directly responsible for creating an outstanding guest stay through not only maintaining clean guestrooms and public areas but also creating great guest interactions resulting in memorable experiences. As a Houseperson, you will assist the team in delivering a clean, comfortable room to every guest. The Team focuses on readying our rooms in advance of a guest’s arrival and assisting with maintaining our high standards in our room and property cleanliness and teamwork. Additionally, as a partial maintenance technician, you will be expected to aid and assist in minor repairs that arise. Previous maintenance experience is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

• Capable of working in a fast-paced work environment.
• Availability to work varied shifts, according to the needs of the hotel. This includes weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, kneel and crouch, regularly lift 40 pounds.
