Why Work With Us:

Paid training

• $20/hour (structured and hands-on). Competitive pay
• $35•45/hour once fully trained, plus tips.

Flexible scheduling

• Set your own availability (weekdays 8 AM-4PM); start and end times are flexible. Weekend work is optional. Supportive work environment
• All supplies provided, regular check-ins, and 24/7 team support.

All new hires start part-time, with the potential to move into full-time based on performance, availability, and interest. This is a year-round role. We’re looking for someone who values consistency and the opportunity to grow with a team that’s in it for the long term.

What You’ll Do:

Clean private homes, including recurring, deep cleans, and move-in/move out services Follow our detailed cleaning protocols with consistency Work independently (once trained), with full access to a supportive leadership team Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the team Manage your time effectively while maintaining a sharp eye for detail Treat every home with care, consistency, and professionalism Who This Job is
