Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels. Conduct thorough floor care, including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing as needed. Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining various types of surfaces and materials. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to develop efficient cleaning schedules. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies. Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with guests and other staff members. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hospitality standards is beneficial, particularly in hotel settings. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
