Description Essential Job Functions Responds to request for cleaning and/or basic maintenance throughout the property.
Observes and reports on conditions which require attention and/or repair.
Maintain high level of cleanliness for public areas of the property.
Job Specifications
Removes trash to appropriate areas.
Utilizes assigned equipment including, but not limited to; vacuums, trash compactors, and carpet shampoos.
Maintains inventory of custodial supplies.
Effectively uses safety equipment and follows all safety and health procedures when using chemicals and other equipment.
Performs other jobs as assigned by the direction of management.
Required to lift up but not limited to 50 lbs. Physical Demands and Work Environment May need to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. At other times, the work requires some physical exertion, such as climbing, reaching, standing and walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
