As a vacation rental cleaner, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining high cleanliness standards to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize all areas of the rental, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces Change bed linens and make beds Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) Take out trash and recycling Perform general inspections and report any damages or missing items Ensure the home is guest-ready and up to standard before check-in

Requirements:

Previous experience in residential or vacation rental cleaning preferred Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various locations Availability on weekends and between guest stays (check-out/check-in windows) Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team for our Beautiful Vacation Rental Properties in the Seacoast Area of Maine. York, Wells and Kennebunk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, ensuring that each home is a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality service. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when restocking is necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by being respectful and courteous to clients. Adapt cleaning methods based on client preferences and specific requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in house cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot areas that require extra care. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
