Housekeeper at Unicorn, LLC dba Kebek 3 Motel in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, United States Job Description Unicorn, LLC dba Kebek 3 Motel, 53 West Grand Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, ME 04064 with mailing address of 87 West Grand Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, ME 04064 seeks 3 temporary full-time housekeepers with 3 months experience. 4/15/25 to 11/1/25. $17.13hr. 35hrs wk. Possibility but no guarantee of OT ($25.70) and possible merit increase. Clean rooms and common areas. Make beds, vacuum, replace linens and clean bathrooms. Use equipment including washer, dryer, and vacuum. Laundry items to be washed include towels, sheets, and linens. Worker will be responsible for removing dirty linens from guest rooms and replacing them with new, clean linens. Worker will transport laundry from guest rooms to the on site laundry facility on the property. Includes weekends and holidays. 3 months experience. Will train. May need to assist in other areas of hotel on occasion. Hours are 8am to 10pm; Shifts are 8am to 4pm; occasionally 4pm to 10pm. Hours vary. Days off vary by week. Workers are paid bi-weekly. A single workweek is standard for computing wages due. Guarantee to offer work hours equal to at least 3/4ths of workdays in each 12wk period of total employment period. US and H2B workers offered same benefits, wages, and working conditions. Tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job provided at no cost to worker. Initial transportation and subsistence (including meals and if necessary, lodging) to place of employment provided or reimbursed by company check up to completion of half of employment period; daily subsistence rate at time of travel will be reimbursed (currently $15.88 minimum per day to a $59 maximum per day with receipts). Will reimburse H2B worker in first workweek by company check for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by government, incurred by H2B worker. Return transportation provided if if worker completes employment period or is dismissed early by employer. Deductions will be taken from workers’ paycheck as required by law. Optional shared group rental housing may be available at $130wk with payroll deduction of rent.
