The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle various cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with necessary supplies and toiletries. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests in a friendly manner. Assist with additional tasks as needed, including light cooking or meal preparation if required. Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude. Ability to lift and move items as needed during the cleaning process. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
