Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities within time limits given. Execute carpet cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Assist in housekeeping management by adhering to established cleaning protocols and schedules. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition. Follow safety guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Requirements Previous experience in residential housekeeping or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning and floor care. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Very fast paced environment.
