Housekeeper, Maids and Housekeeping Cleaners Doe Run Manor Arnold, MO 63010 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or hotel environments, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and customer service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and properly stored. Sanitate surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with additional tasks as needed, including light cooking or meal preparation when required. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility in schedule to accommodate varying workloads and guest needs. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items.
