Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards. Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring proper handling of linens and garments. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred, particularly within the hospitality industry. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timelines. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
