$30.2K – $34.8K a year 19 hours ago Qualifications Cleaning Entry level Full Job Description Job Summary To care for the cleaning of rooms and hallways for the retired priests so they have a clean, well-kept living place. Job Responsibilities Upon arrival to work Gather information from the Front Office regarding the priest who needs special attention, i.e. who is sick, hospitalized, vacation, etc. Recognize and respond to Smoke alarms. Fire alarms Other emergencies Be alert to unusual situations Priest’s routine changed Priest room shows signs of health decline or medical concern

Room and Hallway Care:

Empty waste cans daily Make beds Clean bathroom Dust furniture, shelves, and blinds at least once a week Vacuum the floors—rooms, halls and linen closets at least once a week. a. Move the furniture as needed—have maintenance team assist with larger pieces. Defrost room refrigerators as well as the hall refrigerator when needed. Clean hall refrigerator weekly, including top of the refrigerator. When a priest is away, deep clean his room while he is gone -may require collaboration with maintenance and other housekeepers. Report any maintenance issues by contacting the maintenance team or administrator. Perform other duties as requested by the administrator.

In empty rooms:
