Job Summary:

The Housekeeper is responsible for the daily cleaning of resident rooms, common areas and other assigned areas for helping to maintain a safe and secure community for the residents. Each employee makes a significant contribution to our success in fulfilling our mission to safely provide the highest quality services possible.

Responsibilities:

Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas daily. Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, wipe, scrub, and polish through the community. Clean sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets per prescribed sanitation standards. Use all equipment and chemicals in the correct manner to ensure maximum cleanliness. Use, understand and follow Safety Data Sheets and create and maintain a safe work environment. Shift 7:00 am-3:00 pm

Qualifications:

Experience in housekeeping preferred. Ability to understand and follow directions. Experience in hospital or nursing home a plus. Ability to be professional and provide excellent customer service.
