The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment during their stay. This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service in accordance with our hotel’s policies and procedures. Duties Perform custodial tasks including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure a pristine environment. Execute housekeeping management duties such as organizing supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and reporting maintenance issues. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Experience Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning is preferred. Familiarity with hotel operations or housekeeping management is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service in a hospitality environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
