• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent service. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests and staff.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and other spaces as required.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; polish furniture and fixtures.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as per housekeeping standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or items that need replacement to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Assist with laundry duties and ensure linens and uniforms are clean and presentable.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns and communicate effectively with team members.
• Uphold confidentiality and respect for guest privacy at all times.
• Follow established procedures for entering and cleaning guest rooms.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety guidelines.

• Working Conditions:

• May involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and physical demands such as lifting and bending.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
