Louis Airport 11228 Lone Eagle Drive, Bridgeton, MO 63044 Position Summary A room attendant is responsible for cleaning and stocking guest rooms, greeting guests in passing, and responding to guest requests while maintaining the company’s high standards of cleanliness and service.

Day shifts available:

8:00am – 4:30pm weekdays, 9:00am – 5:30pm weekends. • Weekends are required • Essential Duties Clean assigned guest rooms completely in a timely manner Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, windows, and floor surfaces. Strip and make beds. Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies. Dust all furniture, pictures, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly. Check under bed to remove trash or other debris. Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash. Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis. Greet guests in hallways or in passing, ask if they are enjoying their stay. Supportive Duties Respond in a timely manner to guest requests for items such as an iron, safety instructions, assistance, direction, and/or other information as requested. Report all suspicious persons, activities or hazardous and unsafe conditions to a supervisor or manager. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor such as cleaning rooms, assisting other room attendants, or cross training when necessary. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities + Benefits Ability to push or pull equipment weighing up to 150 pounds. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing an average of 25-50 pounds. Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms overhead, and work in confined spaces. Ability to communicate effectively with other employees, as well as guests. Ability to follow instructions, directions, and meet deadlines, including the thorough cleaning of a minimum of 18 rooms or as specified by management.
