Room Attendant/Housekeeping Holiday Inn Express Chesterfield 11 Arnage Dr, Chesterfield, MO 63005 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and other amenities as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with cleaning tasks in public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries. Requirements Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding hospitality services.
