The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential settings, ensuring that homes are welcoming and well-kept. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and clean for each household. Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, including organizing cleaning supplies and equipment. Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces. Assist with custodial duties as needed to support overall cleanliness in residential properties. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality cleaning standards. Ability to effectively sanitize various surfaces and maintain hygiene protocols. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients. Familiarity with hotel cleaning practices is a plus but not mandatory. Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
