Innsbrook Housekeeper Lage Real Estate Wright City, MO 63390 Lead Housekeeper About us: We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Lead Housekeeper. This role will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Head of Housekeeping, ensuring smooth and efficient housekeeping operations across our properties.
Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff Schedule staff shifts and assignments to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency. Provide ongoing training and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of service. Management Support Assist with day to day operations including but not limited to laundry, delivering supplies, etc.
Inventory Management:
Develop and Lead a New Inventory System Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities for all properties. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed. Optimize inventory usage to minimize waste and reduce costs.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces according to established standards and procedures. Change bed linens, replenish towels and amenities, and ensure that each room is properly stocked and presented to guests. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or concerns to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
Quality Assurance:
Support the Head of Housekeeping in conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and other facilities to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with addressing any deficiencies or issues identified during inspections, ensuring prompt resolution.
Guest Satisfaction:
Respond to guest requests in a courteous and professional manner. Collaborate with the Head of Housekeeping to address guest concerns and ensure a positive guest experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a housekeeping or support role preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach. Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and inventory management practices is desirable.
