The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas. Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts is preferred. Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices and industrial cleaning techniques. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
