Home Cleaning Professional (Full Time) Next Cleaning of Jackson Jackson, MS Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Home Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning one to two homes per day in a full time position, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and hygienic. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including homes, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness. Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company policies. Clean windows and glass surfaces to ensure clarity and shine. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Maintain order in the app to ensure standards are met. Requirements Previous experience in hotel or home cleaning services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
