Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Houseman to join our team. As a Hotel Houseman , you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests.

Duties:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
• Ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained, including hallways, stairways, and common areas
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Houseman or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs or adjustments
• Ability to fabricate or weld is a plus
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance, including electrical systems, is a plus Please note that all positions at our hotel are paid positions.
