The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to maintain a hygienic environment. Manage custodial tasks such as emptying trash bins and replenishing supplies. Execute floor care duties including stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed. Handle carpet cleaning responsibilities to ensure all carpets are clean and well-maintained. Launder linens, towels, and other items as required, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure all cleaning protocols are followed consistently. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
