Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Sanitize surfaces and ensure that all cleaning supplies are used safely and effectively. Provide custodial services that include emptying trash bins, dusting furniture, and polishing fixtures. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain an organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment. Skills Proficiency in residential cleaning techniques and practices. Experience with carpet cleaning and floor care maintenance. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of housekeeping management principles in both residential and hotel settings is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness standards. Previous experience in custodial roles or similar positions is preferred but not required. Basic cooking skills can be beneficial for specific housekeeping roles that require meal preparation.
