Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas of the hotel
• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries
• Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with supplies and amenities
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hospitality, or housekeeping is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
