Responsibilities:

Cleaning Guest Rooms:

This involves making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms, ensuring all areas meet hotel standards. 2.

Restocking Supplies:

Replenishing toiletries, towels, and other amenities in guest rooms. 3.

Maintaining Public Areas:

Keeping lobbies, hallways, elevators, and common areas clean and tidy. 4.

Assisting Guests:

Responding to guest requests for extra towels, cots, or other amenities, as well as addressing any concerns or complaints. 5.

Laundry Services:

May involve assisting with loading and unloading laundry machines, folding linens, and picking up/returning laundry. 6.

Reporting Issues:

Notifying the maintenance department of any needed repairs or maintenance. 7.

Inventory Management:

Maintaining and stocking housekeeping carts with necessary supplies. 8.

Safety and Sanitation:

Following all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. 9.

Collaboration:
