Job Responsibilities:

Dust and dry mop all assigned areas. Empty and clean trashcans, replacing liners as needed. Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures, walls, and chrome surfaces. Remove debris from floors and ensure proper disposal. Report maintenance needs, such as repairs or lightbulb replacements, to the Environmental Services Director or Maintenance Director. Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment, reporting any safety concerns promptly. Follow emergency procedures and utilize emergency equipment when necessary. Exhibit professionalism, confidentiality, and a friendly attitude in interactions with residents, peers, and staff. Participate in ongoing training or educational programs as required. Adhere to and reflect Trinity View’s mission, vision, values, and customer service standards in daily tasks.

Qualifications:

Ability to read, write, and follow instructions accurately. Knowledge of cleaning standards and techniques preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous experience in housekeeping or environmental services (preferred).

Working Conditions:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly. Frequent standing, stooping, bending, and climbing small step ladders. Occasional outdoor exposure and potential contact with cleaning solutions or bodily fluids.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position, and every other weekend availability is required.
