Cleaner/Housekeeping Job Description:

We are looking for a housekeeper to help us maintain the perfect hotel for our guests. The ideal candidate will be experienced in hotel cleaning roles. The goal is to create a world of cleanliness and make our guests happy.

Responsibilities:

Clean and restock all bathrooms, bedrooms, public areas, and common areas to keep them clean and presentable to our guests Perform general hotel cleaning tasks Perform laundry duties as assigned Strip, disinfect, and mop all guest rooms Ensure all laundry facilities are kept clean and stocked Restock all guest amenities (maps, brochures, etc.)and report any shortages Make up any shortages in our supply inventory system Coordinate with the front desk staff to ensure that all guests are greeted upon their arrival, and quality service is provided throughout their stay Maintain the appearance of the entire hotel by performing general upkeep and cleaning duties Inform staff members of any maintenance needs or problems that may occur Propose ways to improve services or procedures, and work with management to implement them Act responsibly and in accordance with company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (no drugs or alcohol)
• Must have at least 3 months of related experience, 1 yr minimum preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required MUST be able to work weekends.
