The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards. Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities. Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the hotel. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required during cleaning tasks.
