The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including commercial spaces, apartments, and hospitality environments. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and other common spaces. Manage custodial tasks efficiently to ensure all facilities are clean and well-maintained. Supervise cleaning staff when necessary, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use. Collaborate with housekeeping management to develop cleaning schedules and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies. Uphold safety standards by using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment while adhering to health regulations. Address any maintenance issues promptly by reporting them to the appropriate personnel. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Familiarity with hospitality environments such as hotels or resorts is a plus. Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with team members and guests. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
